A defeating story, sure … but Dana White just upped his legendary status with this.

You know what they say: “You booze, you lose.” And that’s exactly what happened with Dana White.

If you didn’t know, White is a big-time blackjack player when he’s in his stomping grounds of Las Vegas, but unlike most people who blow hundreds or thousands, Dana is a straight up high-roller and bets BIG.

Take me for example … I could start out a day of sports betting with two $50 bets, just for them to go 0-2 (and those days SUCK) and immediately put me $100 in the hole. A lot of times, I’ll just take a break for the rest of the night and try to win it back (and more) the next night, and fortunately, that works for me a lot of the time. But Dana?

$100 is nothing to him … try $3 million.

During an appearance on Lex Fridman’s podcast, Dana told an absolutely legendary story about going to a Vegas casino and blowing an incredible amount of cash at the blackjack tables. Oh, and he was drunk. In fact, he was so drunk that he lost an incredible $3 million and didn’t even remember it the next day.

And this is why casinos give you free drinks, ladies and gentlemen.

What a grade-A interview!

I absolutely love how brutally honest Dana White was, and he’s absolutely right when he says this is part of the world of gambling. The casinos’ formula is quite simple: get you liquored up and hope you blow everything you have.

And for Dana, it was $3 million … what a profitable night for that casino.
