Legendary Rapper Uncle Luke Explains Why He Intentionally Left Diddy’s Parties Early

Legendary rap artist Uncle Luke admitted he routinely bowed out early from parties hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The 63-year-old star spoke out about the allegations of sexual abuse, sex trafficking and rape that Diddy is facing, and the rumors that the star used to host sex parties where some of the alleged assaults took place. Uncle Luke shared his experiences at Diddy’s parties on the “We in Miami” podcast, saying he attended some of Diddy’s events, but intentionally departed early in the evening. “I don’t know what goes on after hours, but I wasn’t trying to find out. You know, I know my place,” he said in a video of the podcast, posted by TMZ.

Uncle Luke shook his head repeatedly in the video clip while recording the podcast.

“Puff Daddy was like yeah, I want you to come be in this video,” Uncle Luke said, as he recalled his longstanding relationship with Diddy.”I ain’t on every scene, you feel me?” he said, as he seemingly alluded to being aware that Diddy’s interactions weren’t always on the up-and-up.

When asked if he partied with Diddy, the rapper said, “nah, not really. I would go to the party and leave — early.”

“I’d go to the party and leave early … I’m sorry,” he said as he refused to answer why he wouldn’t stay late and party with Diddy and his celebrity pals.

Uncle Luke shut down and refused to explain why he shut down the afterparty vibes. He noted that Diddy had always been good to him, and took a moment to say he felt bad for Diddy’s children, who were watching their father’s drama play out on social media. The podcast was recorded before the Department of Homeland Security executed two simultaneous raids on Diddy’s estates in Los Angeles and Miami, according to TMZ. Diddy is facing several civil lawsuits that allege the music mogul was guilty of sexual assault, sex trafficking and abuse.
