Thanks to the New York Daily News, we know that the still married Eliot Spitzer (ick) has a girlfriend and that she’s Lis Smith, the mouthpiece for New York Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio. As far as her doppelganger is concerned, Lis looks just like “Winnie Cooper,” Kevin Arnold‘s love interest from The Wonder Years. Actress Danica McKellar played “Winnie” on the show.
