Call him Pooper, Anderson Pooper.
Pooper is a disabled wiener dog who competed in the Star 101.5 Wiener Dog Races at Emerald Downs in Auburn, Wash.
His back legs are confined to a harnessed wheelchair, but that certainly doesn’t hold him back. He charged down the track at full speed to the cheers of the crowd, and triumphantly crossed the finish line.
