Jimmy Fallon announced that “Veep” star Julia Louis-Dreyfus won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series at the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles Monday night, and on her way to the stage Walter White intervened.
