A video has surfaced showing a Baltimore woman being Tased and called a “dumb bitch” by a city police officer.

Kianga Mwamba filed a $7 million lawsuit against the officers, saying that while she was in custody they deleted a video she had taken of the incident from her phone. Mwamba said her children were later able to recover it from her iCloud account, reports The Baltimore Sun.

Video of the incident shows Kwamba filming police before they use a Taser and begin cursing at her. The altercation begins about 54 seconds in.

The police asked Mwamba to move her car. She replied that she could not because someone was blocking her way.

Police approached the car. A male officer said, “Give me your fucking hands.” The officers attempted to remove Mwamba from the vehicle.

An officer then uses a Taser on Mwamba. She asked one of the officers, “You said ‘fuck me?,'” apparently referring to a comment not picked up by the phone’s audio.

“Yes,” the officer answered. After what sounds like handcuffing, he added, “You’re a dumb bitch, you know that?”

Mwamba was charged with assaulting a police officer — she allegedly tried to hit an officer with her car — but those charges have been dropped, the Sun reports.

In a statement, police said the video was not enough to “draw definitive conclusions about what transpired before, during and after the arrest. What is clear is that the language used is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.”

The incident happened in March, but the video only surfaced this week.
