Lawyers for Robin Williams’s wife and children are scheduled to go before a San Francisco judge Monday morning to settle a dispute they are having over his personal belongings.

Susan Schneider, the late actor’s wife, alleged in December that some of his things were taken from their home without her permission, Page Six reports.

“Williams’s children, Zachary, Zelda and Cody, said in response that Susan Williams is ‘adding insult to a terrible injury’ by trying to change the trust agreement and rob them of the late actor’s belongings.”

In his trust, Williams had designated for his three children to get any “memorabilia and awards in the entertainment industry among other particular personal items.”

Williams hanged himself at his Bay Area home in December after a long struggle with depression and anxiety. (RELATED: Robin Williams Forged Strong Bond With Military Community)
