Atlanta Hawks forward Mike Scott is reportedly facing felony drug charges.

According to My Fox Atlanta, the 27-year-old Scott was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe that Banks County (Georgia) Sheriffs deputies attempted to pull over on Interstate 85 Thursday morning.

The Tahoe, driven by 20-year-old Antonn Imhotep Smith, evaded authorities and, “reached up to 98 mph,” before being pulled over two miles down the road.

The two men admitted to having drugs in the car, and following a search, officers found marijuana and 10 grams of MDMA. Despite being an integral part of the team during the regular season, Scott missed the majority of Atlanta’s 2015 postseason run with a broken toe.

Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer said the organization told My Fox Atlanta “aware of the situation involving Mike Scott this morning. Out of respect for the legal process, we will not have any additional comments at this time.”
