Alabama running back Derrick Henry won the Heisman Trophy Saturday night, and his grandmother had the best reaction of anybody.

Henry was raised by his grandmother Gladys Henry, who was unable to make the Heisman ceremony because she was hospitalized in Florida. That didn’t stop Gladys from celebrating Henry’s Heisman victory.

“That video kinda made me tear up, in my heart, just seeing them with my grandmother. It’s hard to see her like that but I know she’ll get through it, man. Henry won one of the closest Heisman races in recent memory, but ultimately his 1,986 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns were enough to convince voters.
