Carmelo Anthony is the only player who represented the United States in all three of those Olympic Games. In a very emotional post-game interview, Carmelo proclaimed “this is it for me.”

Anthony solidified his legacy with Team USA during the Rio Games by becoming the United States’ all-time leading scorer in Olympic play. (RELATED: Carmelo Anthony Surpasses Michael Jordan In All-Time USA Scoring)
It seemed that Melo was especially proud of this Olympic team as he held back tears in the post-game interview Sunday. “Despite everything that’s going on right now in our country, we gotta be united,” Anthony said.
“America will be great again, I believe that,” Anthony added. Thanks to him and the rest of Team USA, our greatness cannot be disputed on the basketball court.
