Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus is very worried about the country if Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is elected president.

“Every indication is that America will go down the drain if in fact she is elected,” Marcus said to Neil Cavuto on Fox Business Network. “When I listen to Hillary Clinton and I listen to the [economists] who never in their life ever hired a human being or trained a human being, I say, I don’t know the world that they belong in.”

He claims a Clinton presidency would be detrimental to American jobs, reports Business Insider.

Marcus went on to say that raising taxes would have a negative effect on the American economy. “I know that when you have high taxes that you kill off jobs. Killing off jobs means hurting America. It means hurting the economic wealth of America — and that’s not good for anybody.”

“All of the Republicans out there, I say the same thing … [If you’re] going to stay neutral, you might as well vote for [Hillary Clinton] because your lack of vote for Donald means she’s going to get elected anyway,” Marcus stated. He also pointed out that the next president would have influence over the Supreme Court. (RELATED: Pro Trump Super PAC Gets Large Donations At RNC)

Marcus previously donated $3 million to Rebuilding America Now, a Trump super PAC, during the week of the Republican National Convention.

His comments come after the CEO of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, endorsed Clinton for president.
