Journalist Kurt Eichenwald looks at tentacle porn with his children, at least to prove to his wife it exists, according to Eichnwald’s tweets Thursday afternoon.

Eichenwald was caught Wendesday night in a screenshot he posted to Twitter with a tab open on his laptop for a hentai porn website. The tweet caused the internet to go wild, mocking Eichenwald for what appeared to be a rather affinity for strange-by-design cartoon pornography.

The journalist responded by saying, “Ok, I’m a dumbass.” He then revealed possibly the most troubling thing about the entire event, “my kids & I were trying to convince my wife that “tentacle porn” existed.” Eichenwald has three children ages 20, 22 and 25.

He defended his decision to look up tentacle porn because he wanted “to show her it was real. But I couldn’t find any – & ended up w/ this.”

Eichenwald concluded his tweet storm, saying “Seriously, while I don’t see the appeal of cartoon parn, porn is a multi-billion industry. Pple obviously look at it.”

Eichenwald admitted to looking at porn at 12:26 p.m. Thursday, but quickly deleted the tweet. The Daily Caller News Foundation took a screenshot.

One thing remains blatantly clear, Eichenwald, at least one time, looked at tentacle porn.
