The police are on the hunt for a burglar who is known for wearing jorts when robbing Walgreens stores in St. Louis County, Mo.

Due to the man’s fondness for a particular style of denim shorts known as jorts, the police nicknamed him the “jorts bandit,” reported Fox2 Tuesday.

The jorts bandit allegedly made his rounds again Monday, when he was spotted at a Walgreens. The St. Louis County police made light of the situation, saying, “his disregard for the law is as offensive as his disregard for fashion trends.”

The man previously stole money from a cash register, pretending to be buying merchandise, reported Belleville News-Democrat Tuesday.

“Contact us or the fashion police if you can identify,” wrote the St. Louis County police last week.

He allegedly targeted two Walgreens stores.
