Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is truly spectacular in the broadcast booth for CBS.
Romo has been on fire with his calls through his first two weeks as game day commentator. His ability to call out plays before they happen is impressive, even given the fact he’s a former NFL quarterback.
He called a touchdown pass perfectly seconds before it occurred during the New Orleans Saints game against the New England Patriots.

This isn’t the first time he’s appeared to be a prophet. During week one he was calling out plays like he had been given the calls by the offense prior to the snap.
Let’s just say Tony Romo knows how to read defenses. Impressive debut for him in the booth. pic.twitter.com/dkBiAu24eS

Maybe the defenses should start wiring into the CBS broadcast because Romo clearly knows something the rest of us don’t. I’ve never seen something this impressive coming out of the booth ever before. Even former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Super Bowl champion Troy Aikman doesn’t have this much insight.
It’s Tony Romo broadcast world, and the rest of us are just living in it.
