Footage from Ricky Aguayo’s altercation at Florida State University surfaced today, and it tells a pretty different story from his police report in 2016.

TMZ got ahold of the video and released it to their website. The footage shows Aguayo squaring up with a couple of FSU Pi Kappa Phi fraternity brothers in santa hats.

At one point, one of the fraternity brothers yells “your brother never did this s***, that’s why I respected your brother. Not you, you little b****.”

Aguayo’s older brother, Roberto Aguayo, was one of the best kickers in FSU history. He was drafted by the Buccaneers as a second round draft pick in 2016.

Although it’s not clear what the fight was about, little Aguayo seemed to win this one.

What makes this important because of the contradictory police report filed by Aguagyo after the incident in December 2016. The FSU kicker claimed he’d been taunted and jumped.

An officer close to the incident told the Tallahassee Democrat, “He said they were giving him a hard time about missed field goals during the Florida game. He said he was rushed by several of the members of the fraternity…and was punched in the face.”

But this video seems to tell a different account.

Pi Kappa Phi at FSU isn’t exactly a stranger to controversy. They’ve since been suspended by the college after one of their pledges was found dead after a party this month.
