President Donald Trump’s first wife Ivana Trump said Monday the president would not do anything irrational as leader of the U.S., adding that he’s a “stable genius.”
During an interview with “Good Morning Britain,” co-hosted by Piers Morgan, Ivana was asked if she believed her ex-husband is stable enough to be trusted with the nuclear button and to describe his personality in detail.
“I don’t think Donald is going to do anything unrational,” she told “Good Morning Britain.” “He is a stable genius, definitely,” she said. “He is very stable, very focused, very organized.”

“I think if your ex-wife says that about you, you can’t be all bad,” Morgan said laughing.
Trump called himself a “very stable genius” in early January in response to critics who have said he is mentally unfit to serve as president.
Ivana also defended Trump against critics who believe he is a racist, telling Morgan she is sure her ex-husband is not. (RELATED: Ivana: Trump Is Definitely Not A Racist [VIDEO])
“I don’t think Donald’s racist at all,” Ivana said. “You know sometimes he says the things, you know, which are silly, or he doesn’t really mean them or something like that, but he’s definitely not racist, I’m sure of that.”
Morgan agreed with Ivana and mentioned that he had known Trump for a long time and had never heard him say anything racist.
“I’ve known him a long time and in all the time I knew him, I never heard anything from him that I could ever construe as being racist,” he said.
