“Riverdale” has continued to become one of the most entertaining shows on all of television.
I infamously and foolishly ripped this show after watching the first couple episodes of the first season. It was one of the dumbest mistakes I’ve ever made.
My shoot first and ask questions later mentality has gotten me pretty far in life, but it didn’t really work out when I shredded “Riverdale.” I looked dumb at the time and I look really stupid now.
WARNING: THERE WILL BE SOME MINOR SPOILERS BELOW.
This show really hit its stride in the latest episode. We now have mob hits and one of the main characters, Hiram Lodge, was revealed to be a mob kingpin. Now we’re speaking my language. I will watch anything that involves the mob, hot women, suspense, plot twists and keeps the audience guessing. I had no idea what the Archie Comics series was prior to this series, but it must be a pretty solid foundation, judging from the success from the show.
Also, it might have the hottest cast on television. Camila Mendes and Lili Reinhart are both out of this world good looking.
So, I’d like to get on the record right now that this show is actually pretty solid, especially with the whole organized crime angle we have going for us right now.
It’s a fun ride, and I’m interested in seeing how it all works out.
