Rachel McAdams’ new movie “Game Night” will be released Friday, and it looks like a must-watch film.

The plot of the film, according to IMDB, is “A group of friends who meet regularly for game nights find themselves trying to solve a murder mystery.”

The film stars Jason Bateman, Kyle Chandler and Jesse Plemons in addition to McAdams.

I was huge on this movie when I first saw the trailers. It looked awesome from the first trailer. You can imagine my shock when some people told me they did not share my joy or outlook for McAdams’ new movie. They all said that it looked interesting, and might contain a few laughs. How could anybody not see this movie’s trailers and think anything other than it’d be awesome?

It has Coach Taylor and Landry from “Friday Night Lights” and Jason Bateman. That’s a power cast. Throw McAdams into the mix, and we have a home run.

Game nights are also generally beyond stupid. Forget about playing group games while at a party. I’m there to eat food, engage in some fun conversation and drink. Nothing else.

However, raise the stakes to possible involve death and I think we’re in for a fun time. If you disagree then you’re probably somebody I wouldn’t want to party with.
