CNN anchor Kate Bolduan defended White House senior advisor Stephen Miller after immigration lawyer David Leopold called him a “white supremacist” on Monday.

“It also is an administration that has threatened our local communities, that want to enforce the laws they see fit for not enforcing immigration law,” Leopold stated. “I have no doubt that this administration, Donald Trump, who is advised by a white nationalist, Stephen Miller in the White House —”
Bolduan cut off her guest and responded, “I don’t know if you want to go as far as — I mean, let’s not — I just did an entire segment about civility here. I don’t know if you want to call Stephen Miller a white nationalist.”
Miller was the architect behind the president’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy that has been heavily scrutinized over the last couple weeks. The president issued an executive order to alter that policy last week. (RELATED: Trump Signs Executive Action To Stop Family Separation)
“Well, it’s not an uncivil thing. I would argue that it’s a fact,” Leopold countered.
Bolduan responded, “Honestly, I have not seen that. Where is the fact on that?”
This is not the first time Leopold has attacked Miller over his beliefs.
