The NFL preseason is just 35 days away, and there are plenty of stars with high expectations around the league.

After the NFL Draft at the end of April, teams like the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns are expected to be better this season. The Jets got USC quarterback Sam Darnold and the Browns got Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield. These top quarterbacks have a lot of hype to live up to.

Other stars around the league have expectations for the coming season. Tom Brady, 41, has won five of eight Super Bowl appearances. Clearly, he has expectations to win. Richard Sherman, 30, recently signed a big contract with the San Francisco 49ers after playing seven years with the Seattle Seahawks. Sherman’s trash-talking and imposing defense have made him one of the biggest threats in the league.

These are just some of the biggest names entering the 2018 NFL season. They were all valued differently in their respective NFL draft classes.
