Whoopi Goldberg hit back at Judge Jeanine Pirro after things got heated between the two during her appearance on the show.

“No one chased her out of here,” Goldberg explained at one point.

Her comments came at the start of “The View” Friday in response to reports that the co-host allegedly told Pirro to get the “f**k out of this building.” Tempers flaired Thursday between the pair after the judge said Goldberg suffered from “Trump derangement syndrome.” (RELATED: Judge Jeanine Pirro Says She Can Go ‘Toe-To-Toe’’With Anyone After Showdown With Whoopi Goldberg)

The co-host explained that “things got hot on the air” and she wanted to “clear up what happened afterward,” claiming Pirro left “out some key points” when she talked about it on Fox News.

“I want to be very clear about what happened. There’s a lot of spinning she’s doing,” Goldberg shared, “and I can’t do anything about that. I can tell you what went on. She was upset when she got here because Ana Navarro was here instead of Joy [Behar], and after the segment, which ended when it was supposed to — it was not early, it was not late — she called everybody at the table a name I cannot repeat on TV and said it in front of the audience.”

“When I came off stage, I went over there, because I was a little hot, OK? So I went to calm down,” she added. “She came off. She could have just passed me. She didn’t need to stop, but she stopped and put her finger in my face and yelled, ‘I’ve done more for victims than you ever will.'”

“Then I said to her some few choice words I cannot repeat. Yes, I did say it. I did say it. But I did not spit on her,” she continued. “I did not intimidate her. No one chased her out of here, saying, ‘Get out.’ But she did leave here cursing at the people who booked the show. She cursed at the guys who do the security for the show. So, I did say to her in the middle of all of this, ‘You and I have never had a problem before.’ You know, and I had to go back to work the finish the show.”

Golberg explained that the fact she had to go back and finish the show was more proof that “none of us were chasing her, because we still had another segment to do. ”

“So, for 20 years, this show has always had people on with different views,” the co-host said, naming people like Newt Gingrich. Cory Lewandowski, Sarah Sanders and Dana Perino.”But look, you can come to this show. We treat everybody with respect, but you cannot come and call people names. You cannot point at people and you can’t do this to people,” Golberg continued, making an aggressive pointing gesture, “and people who know Jeanine know exactly what I’m talking about. They know she likes to stir it up.”

“I rarely get stirred up,” she added. “I got stirred up yesterday. I did apologize for getting hot. I said it didn’t happen often. Every ten years it seems. So, moving on.”
