MSNBC contributor and “Morning Joe” regular Donny Deutsch referred to the Secret Service as “fluffers,” who push people to say “positive things” to President Donald Trump.

“Donald is all about being loved and he’s got his 40 percent now. He’s going to turn and he’s going to be Ronald Reagan, he’s going to have everybody, because that’s what he wants,” Deutsch said on “Morning Joe” Wednesday. (RELATED: Donny Deutsch Fancies Himself An Expert On Hookers)

Deutsch claimed a friend of his was asked to say nice things to Trump by the president’s Secret Service agents, while they were guests at one of his country clubs in New Jersey.

“Trump was about to walk into the room and some of the Secret Service guys came up to the people he was going to go see and said, ‘hey when you see the president, say positive things, you know. Pump him up,'” Deutsch claimed. “They were basically fluffers in the room, in effect. I just said that word. Didn’t I? Metaphorically, of course.”

“Fluffer” is defined as “a person employed to keep a male porn performer’s penis erect on the set.”

Deutsch seemed to regret using pornographic terminology, but was too late to catch himself and continued on with the story.

“Donald Trump now is at the point that he is so fragile and cannot ever, ever be in any interaction, in any exchange in any room that’s just not pure lionization, canonization, and it defies any left brain logic,” he concluded. “He is built so fragilely now, that he can only exist in that alternative universe.”
