O. J. Simpson knows a thing or two about being behind bars, so he’s offering up free advice for Bill Cosby.

Simpson, who served nine years in prison for armed robbery, was released in October 2017 and has been living pretty large since then. (RELATED: OJ SIMPSON SPOTTED GOLFING IN VEGAS AFTER HIS RELEASE)

But not everybody fares as well in prison, like 81-year-old Bill Cosby, who was just sentenced to 3-to-10 years in state prison for sexual assault. So O. J. is giving tips on how to survive time in the clink.

“The problem is the nature of the crime. Rapists are frowned upon in prison,” he aptly pointed out. “But with his health, and his age, and the nature of the crime, there’s not a warden in this country who wants the responsibility of having to deal with Bill Cosby. I think they should let him do his time under house arrest.”

O. J. did make a point to emphasize the importance of a fair trial.

“I always feel you’ve got to honor the jury verdict, whatever that is,” he said.

Nobody knows that better than good old O. J.
