Legendary Boxer Pleads Not Guilty In Rape Case. Here’s What He Looked Like After Court [WATCH]

Former boxing champion Victor Ortiz pled not guilty to a slew of sexual assault charges in court on Wednesday.

The world-famous athlete, 31, was accused of sexually assaulting an anonymous female in March 2018. He maintained his innocence and entered a not-guilty plea to three felony sexual assault charges – one of those counts being forcible rape — in a California court this week. Ortiz — who appeared in the Ventura County, California, court with a huge group of attorneys — was seen exiting the premises smiling. He seemed to be in good spirits, despite what he stands to lose. (RELATED: College Football Player Charged With Rape. The Details Are Horrifying)

Though he’s all smiles, his life could take a serious turn for the worst if found guilty. (RELATED: Superstar Rapper Denies Rape Allegations By Reminding People He Has Threesomes)

If Ortiz is found guilty of all three charges (forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and forcible digital penetration), he could be put away for up to 24 years in prison. And that’s not even counting the fact that the judge just took away the probation he was previously granted after getting a DUI in 2016.

Needless to say, things aren’t looking great for Victor Ortiz.
