I found myself scanning the internet as I always do, and I stumbled upon a video the Browns posted Friday of Mayfield dancing.

Why? Why does Mayfield do this stuff? Will dancing help the Browns win games? No, no it will not. Do you know what will help Cleveland actually get to the postseason? Mayfield getting some extra reps in.
How many passes could he have thrown in the time he wasted filming this garbage? My guess is more than one.
This isn’t the leadership the Browns need right now.

I want to like Mayfield. I really do. I know that I’m critical of him on a regular basis, but that’s because I don’t have a choice. I wouldn’t be doing my job if I just ignored all the dumb stuff he does.
They don’t pay me the big bucks to turn a blind eye to his stunts.
Shape up Mayfield, or there won’t be any Super Bowl rings in your future.
