Video from Conor McGregor’s alleged altercation in Miami has been released.

The Irish-born UFC star was charged with felony strong-armed robbery earlier in the week after he allegedly stole a man’s phone and smashed it outside of a club(SLIDESHOW: These UFC Women Really Hate Wearing Clothes)

Now, we have the video of the alleged incident. TMZ released it Thursday, and it’s hard to really see what’s going on. Give it a watch below. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Greatest Ronda Rousey Photos On The Internet)

I don’t know, guys. It seems like it might be hard to convict someone off of that video. Can we really say for sure what happened? I don’t think so. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Sexiest Paige VanZant Photos On The Internet)

Is there a man who appears like he resembles McGregor in the video? Sure. Is there a loud noise that can be heard that could be a phone being smashed? Sure. But I’m far from ready to convict.

Any good defense attorney should be able to wiggle the star fighter’s way out of this one.

McGregor is also now being sued by the alleged victim for $15,000. Pennies, my friends. Pennies. In case you think he’s worried at all, our favorite man in the UFC is nothing but smiles as he faces a felony and a lawsuit.

Go, champ, go! You can’t ever hold down a winner for long.

P.S.: If you’re going to sue a man as wealthy as Conor McGregor, you might as well sue for way more than $15,000. I feel like the vast majority of Americans could handle that lawsuit. Would the electric UFC star even notice that kind of money was gone? I highly doubt it.
