Serena Williams shared her advice for new moms in a recent interview, and some are speculating that the friend she mentions who is pregnant with a girl could be Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle.

“Accept mistakes and don’t expect to be perfect. We like put so much pressure on ourselves,” the 37-year-old professional tennis player shared during her interview with E! News last week. (RELATED: Celebrate Prince William’s Birthday With Unforgettable Shots Of Kate Middleton [SLIDESHOW])

“My friend is pregnant, and she was like, ‘My kid’s gonna do this,’ [and] I just looked at her like, ‘No, she’s not.'” Williams said of her friend having very high expectations for her child. “She was like, ‘Well I need to talk to you about tips,’ because, yes, I had all of those high expectations.” (RELATED: Report: Meghan Markle And Kate Middleton’s Alleged Feud Really Between Prince Harry And Prince William)

Williams continued, “And then I had what I was going to do. This is the time where everything is not going to go as planned. You just kind of got to go with the flow.”(RELATED: Duchess Meghan Markle Reportedly Plans To Raise Royal Baby Gender Neutral)

While she never mentioned the Duchess and Duke of Sussex by name, many outlets reported that she might have just revealed that the expectant former “Suits” actress and Prince Harry are having a little girl.

So far, the royal couple has kept the sex of the baby a secret, with Markle stating that they didn’t know the sex because they wanted it to be a surprise.

Her star-studded New York City baby shower —attended by people like Amal Clooney and Gayle King, just to name a few — was decorated with neutral colors so as to not reveal a hint about whether the royal couple are having a boy or a girl when their first child is due sometime this spring.

Though it may or may not have been a slip it caused online gambling company Ladbrooks to cut the odds from 8/13 to 4/7.

“Royal punters are looking for any slip-ups and Serena might just have given them one. We’re taking no chances and have slashed odds on a girl as a result,” Alex Apati spokesperson for the company said.
