The Golden State Warriors are headed to the NBA finals for the fifth straight year.

The Warriors completed their sweep of the Trail Blazers with a 119-117 win Monday night. They’ll now have the chance to win their third straight title and fourth in the past half decade.

The domination of the Warriors is truly something to behold. Over these past several years, they’ve been borderline unstoppable.

What’s even more impressive this time around is the fact they swept the Trail Blazers without Kevin Durant even stepping on the floor as he rehabs a calf injury. (RELATED: Portland Trail Blazers Fan Chugs A Beer As Security Tries To Drag Him Out)

Now, they’ll play the winner of the Bucks/Raptors, and they’re going to have several days to rest up before taking the court again.

Durant’s absence has lit a fire under Stephen Curry, who has responded by scoring at least 30 points in each of his last five playoff games.

Right now, I’m not sure the Raptors or Bucks could do much more than maybe win a game against the Warriors, and I’m saying that assuming Durant might not even play in the series.

Whether you like the Warriors or not, you have to admit their incredible dominating run through the NBA the past five years is simply unreal.

It should be fun to see what they can do against whoever comes out of the East. My guess is they’ll make extremely quick work of them.
