I read about this kitchen tool in a magazine, and decided to try it out for myself – it has entirely changed my time in the kitchen!
Ever since my Kuhn Rikon Swiss Pull Chop has arrived, I have dramatically reduced the time I spend in the kitchen. My meal prep time has been nearly chopped in half. I can place pieces of any fruit, nut, or vegetable into my chopper and within seconds have it “minced” “chopped” “diced” or “cubed” to perfection.
You simply place the removable chopping blade into the center of the chopping bowl, add any item you want to chop, secure the lid, then pull the handle on the top until your ingredients are chopped to your desire (approximately 5 or 6 pulls). Its simple and easy to clean – just put the blade and bowl into the dishwasher and rinse the lid in the sink – and hassle free!
