No, Jennifer Garner is not starring in a reported biopic about Melania Trump’s story, from growing up in Slovenia to becoming the First Lady, despite earlier reports.

A source close to 47-year-old Garner told GossipCop that the actress is not connected “to the project” about Melania despite a recent report in the tabloid Life & Style under a headline that read, “Coming Soon! Melania The Movie.” (RELATED: Ben Affleck Breaks Silence For First Time Since Entering Rehab)

The source, who wouldn’t go on record, told the outlet that the story was not true and that the “Peppermint” star had not been approached about “portraying the first lady in a film.”(RELATED: Ivanka Turns Heads In Yellow And Black Floral Dress During Munich Trip)

In the original piece, the publication reportedly wrote that Garner, Elizabeth Hurley and Sofia Vergara were all in talks to star in the alleged movie about the first lady‘s “rags-to-riches life story,” per Jezebel.com. (RELATED: Ivanka Turns Heads In Gorgeous Yellow Plaid Skirt Suit)

“There’s been a lot of interest in a movie or miniseries about Melania, and the role could be a game-changer for whomever lands the coveted part,” an alleged source shared.

It added that the “secret project” would reportedly “focus on how a young Melania – who grew up on a housing block in Slovenia – pursued a modeling career” and eventually married President Donald Trump and became FLOTUS.

“It’s one of the juiciest characters being cast right now,” the alleged insider shared.

The Daily Caller has reached out to the White House for a comment/reaction to the article about the alleged biopic being made about Melania, but has yet to hear back. However, once we do, we will definitely let you know what we learn.
