Running backs Travis Etienne and Jonathan Taylor are the top two options right now at their position for the 2020 NFL draft.

According to Yahoo Sports, the Clemson and Wisconsin stars are listed as the number one and number two best RB prospects for the next draft.

It’s hard to disagree with these two being at the top of the list. Taylor, who has dominated for Wisconsin the past two years, is an absolute star. (RELATED: Wisconsin 2019 Football Expectations: Can The Badgers Get 10 Or More Wins?)

Despite how bad Wisconsin’s season was last year, Taylor was one of the few bright spots. He just went out and made plays.

The man is an absolute beast and shouldn’t have any problems translating his skills to the NFL. If you give him an inch of space, he will absolutely make you pay for it.

As for Etienne, he’s been a star for Clemson and is a major part of the offense for the Tigers. You take him out of the lineup and Trevor Lawrence’s efforts in the passing game are going to get substantially harder.

Now, which one would I put at the top between Etienne and Taylor? It’s a tough call. I’m obviously biased because Taylor is a Wisconsin man, and I bleed for the Badgers. Props to me for my honesty and admitting I’m biased.

Having said that, there’s really no wrong option here. Both of them are superstars at the college level and will likely replicate that success in the NFL.

Sound off in the comments with who you’d take. We’re only a couple months out, and I can’t wait to get the season underway.

P.S.: You just hate to see the SEC not get either of the top two spots. Hate to see it!
