Jim Harbaugh is thinking about making the Michigan football team do a little Navy SEAL training in 2020.

The Wolverines aren’t known for much winning under Harbaugh, but they are known for trips all over the place, including South Africa and Europe. Now, he wants to give them a taste of the military.

“(Maybe) Washington D.C. I’d like to go to the Supreme Court, the halls of Congress, the Smithsonian. Or Gettysburg. Or we could go to San Diego, do some SEAL team training and (eventually) go on to Pearl Harbor,” the Michigan head coach said when discussing plans for his team’s 2020 trip, according to the Detroit Free Press. I have a bold idea for Jim Harbaugh and Michigan. How about a little less of the traveling and antics and a little more winning.

Does that sound nice? I bet the fans would sure appreciate that kind of shift in the program. I love Navy SEALs, but I don’t think they’re going to help Harbaugh actually beat Ohio State.

You know what I might? Practicing instead of traveling the globe.

I might hate Michigan, but I want them to be good for the sake of the B1G. Unfortunately, Harbaugh has done nothing but disappoint and lose games they’re expected to win.

When they win a Big 10 title, then they can go back to their travels and other dumb ideas that do nothing to win games.

I hope the circus surrounding Michigan football never ends. It’s just too great. Harbaugh is the gift that keeps on giving, and he might have me in a mansion sooner than later.
