Comedian Kevin Hart is reportedly walking again after suffering injuries from a car crash last week.

Hart, 40, fractured his back in three places during the crash that took place early in the morning of Sept. 1, according to a report published Sunday by Page Six. The comedian now faces weeks of rehab.

“He’s already walking. He’s good,” fellow comedian Tiffany Hadish told Entertainment Tonight.

Sources told TMZ that while Hart is back on his feet, he is still in pain from the accident.

Hart was involved in a car crash after his friend Jared Black accidentally drove his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda off a winding highway in Los Angeles.

Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish has kept a positive outlook on the comedian’s health saying last week he would be “just fine.” (RELATED: Kevin Hart Will Be ‘Just Fine’ Following Injuries From His Car Accident, Per His Wife Eniko Parrish)

“They…don’t want people to worry, so Eniko has put on a strong face and is saying he is doing well, but it’s very serious. He has suffered a great deal and has a long road ahead,” a source told ET.

“Kevin’s spinal injuries are very serious, he sustained several fractures and had no choice but to have surgery as soon as possible,” the source continued. “Since the surgery, he has been heavily sedated. The physicians are doing everything they can to keep him out of pain.”

It’s good to hear that Hart is up and walking. After suffering three fractures, you’d think it would be awhile before he was standing up.

Hopefully his recovery isn’t too much and we get to see him back in the comedy scene soon.
