Hillary Clinton is to call for internet freedom around the world but will stress the US State Department is not the ‘foreign policy arm of Google’.
Speaking ahead of a speech by the US Secretary of State to be delivered in Washington on Thursday, a senior adviser said she is taking cyber attacks on Google and other US firms very seriously and is seeking an explanation from Beijing.
