Jesse James’ alleged mistress is suddenly camera shy.
Michelle McGee just made a move to block the release of a XXX video of herself on ShockMansion.com, a website that had used McGee for some raunchy videos without her consent.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, the Bombshell’s manager demands that all videos, photos, or “graphic representations” of McGee not be posted on the website or sold for republication.
Mr. Owen,
It has come to our attention that you are in possession of
certain video and photographic material which contains the
unlicensed likeness of our client, Michelle McGee, aka Michelle
Bombshell.
As Michelle’s management we control all use of her image and likeness in whatever media form including any and all video,
photos, and other graphic representations of her likeness or
image on Michelle’s behalf. As you neither asked for nor
received permission to use any material containing her image, we
assert that any non‐licensed, non‐permissible use will be the
willful infringement of our client’s rights in her own image.
We hereby demand that you cease and desist with any attempt to
release any and all unlicensed material which contains the image
or likeness of Michelle McGee and/or Michelle Bombshell.
We further demand that your confirm to us in writing within ten
(10) days of receipt of this electronic communication that: (i)
you have not released any unlicensed material that contains the
image or likeness of our client; and (ii) that you will refrain
from posting any similar infringing material on the Internet or
releasing it in any other form in the future. If you do not
comply with our request and proceed to utilize her image or
likeness in any unlicensed or unauthorized manner, you will leave
us with no other choice but to pursue all available legal and
equitable remedies against you.
We expect a response to this communication no later than 8pm on
March 31st, 2010 at the email address listed above.
