Cleveland Browns Pro Bowl defensive lineman, and all around giant human being, Shaun Rogers was reportedly arrested on Thursday afternoon when he was found attempting to board an airplane with a loaded handgun. While this incident screamed of “April Fools,” it was unfortunately confirmed by several sources throughout the day.
Rogers claimed that he had “forgotten” that the loaded (yes, loaded) 45-caliber handgun was in his travel bag as he was attempting to head to his home state of Texas for the holiday weekend. While the Cleveland Browns’ official statement was not much of one at all, this will undoubtedly not be the last time we hear about this arrest.
