Twenty years after she busted onto the pages of Playboy for the first time, Pam Anderson will grace her 13th cover this January,  Us Magazine reports.

There is one thing that’s a bit off this year, though. Apparently unaware of why people read Playboy, Anderson decided to show off her political side throughout the pictorial. In the eight-page nude spread, the former Baywatch babe voices her support for President Obama and – no, we’re not kidding – penned a poem to accompany the photos.

The poem goes as follows, “Our best isn’t good enough — right now our eyes are far-reaching — Please let’s show the good in us — The brilliance — The wonderful — It’s abundant — it’s just not tapped as it should be.”

While the latter half of the poem could, conceivably, make sense within the context of her shoot, as we’re sure it’s “wonderful,” “abundant” and perhaps “just not as tapped as it should be,” the rest seems entirely out of place.
