Disturbing footage is emerging as the crackdown against supporters of ousted President Mohammed Morsi continues.
The Egyptian Health Ministry is reporting the death toll to be 149 with 1,403 injured.
Violence flared in the early morning as the military government began to clear two camps of pro-Morsi supporters using armored cars, bulldozers and heavily armed riot police. There are reports of shots being fired by Muslim Brotherhood supporters.
