Johnny Manziel may be riding high from getting drafted by the Cleveland Browns, but a phony legal hiccup has arisen. A suit filed in the name of Samantha Schacher, who happens to be a HLN contributor and co-host of Dr. Drew On Call, is seeking $25 million for alleged sexual harassment.

The lawsuit, which is full of spelling errors and outrageous claims, says that Manziel sent Schacher a picture of his genitalia in a hot dog bun, asked to have a threesome with her and Dr. Drew, requested her to strip at LeBron James’ house, and said he would beat up any man that talked to her. Schacher dramatically said at the end of the lawsuit, “I am scared to death and seek $25,000,000.00 in damages and a Restraining Order.”

Manziel’s agent Erik Burkhardt tweeted that the lawsuit was ridiculous.

The fact that the suit was filed using CNN headquarters makes it pretty obvious that to both Schacher and Manziel are the victim of a prank, Mediaite reports.

Schacher has not publicly responded to any request for clarification.
