CNN’s former talk show host Piers Morgan got the shaft in a huge way from Jeff Zucker when the network let him go. Sure, the Brit didn’t have a large online fan club. But he was a good interviewer and had conversations that were far more compelling than those of the men who went through pointless tryouts to replace him. Not that he didn’t contribute profusely to the mud-slinging, but he’s also had to endure abominable amounts of online hatred for being a proponent of gun control laws.
His show, Piers Morgan Tonight, ended in March.
But look who’s getting the last laugh?
Piers has clearly moved on to greener pastures. And good for him!
