After upgrading its self-driving prototype to the world’s first self-drifting car last year, BMW is going for the heavyweight title by pitting its machine against one of man’s drift champions.
In a video teased on YouTube this week, BMW’s self-driving, self-drifting 2-Series first unveiled at CES last year takes on Japanese drift racer Dai Yoshihara in the same car — and if the trailer is any indication, the competition was pretty slick.
