There is going to be some major reshuffling at the top of the college basketball rankings after three top-five teams went down Wednesday night.

The most anticipated game of the night was fifth-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels against the Duke Blue Devils. The two teams have one of the most storied rivalries in all of college sports, and the game Wednesday night was no exception. The Tar Heels failed to convert on a last-second scoring attempt, sealing their fate in a 74-73 loss. Duke guard Grayson Allen led the Blue Devils with 23 points. Fourth-ranked Iowa was stunned by Penn State, one of the worst teams in the Big Ten, by a score of 79-75. Donovan Jack came off the bench for the Nittany Lions and led the way with 19 points. Shep Garner and Brandon Taylor each chipped in 18 points to knock off the top ranked team in the Big Ten. (RELATED: 8th Grade Quarterback Receives Division I Scholarship Offer)

Third-ranked Oklahoma also fell Wednesday night in a shocking defeat at the hands of Texas Tech. Sooners superstar guard Buddy Hield was held to an abysmal performance of shooting 37.5 percent from the field. Aaron Ross led the Red Raiders with 17 points in the 65-63 victory.
