The former basketball star had been acting “very strange” lately, and when friends went to his California home to confront him, they found crack pipes, baggies, and the remains of a blunt, TMZ reported Friday.

Odom has long struggled with substance abuse for years, but many thought he had been scared straight after he collapsed at a Nevada brothel last fall after three days of partying and drug use.
