A Mexican woman named Juana recently admitted she was the chief of head-chopping and necrophilia for Mexican cartel Los Zetas.

Juana “La Peque,” which means The Little One, joined the infamous Mexican cartel after the thugs murdered her brother, according to Mexican media.

The hitwoman joined Los Zetas in 2010. She is currently in a social reintegration center in Baja California State in Mexico where she confessed the grisly details of her past life.

Los Zetas’ former top killer admitted she enjoyed bathing in her victims’ blood and drinking it while it was still warm. After beheading her victims, La Peque enjoyed having sex with their corpses.

La Peque had a child when she was 15-years-old with a man 20 years her senior. She then became one of the most feared killers in the cartel criminal underworld.

The Mexican cartel is one of the main rivals to Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s Sinaloa Cartel. Los Zetas was founded by former Mexican paramilitaries. The organization has long been known for its fondness of public killings which they use as an intimidation tactic against rivals and Mexican authorities alike in their cartel turf wars.
