It is that time of year again and NFL training camps are in full swing. Training camp can be one of the more boring aspects of the process leading up to the start of the season, but the Indianapolis Colts figured out out how to make this time of the year exciting over the weekend.

Michael Deiter joined the Colts for a day at camp on Saturday. Deiter is 10 years old and has survived eight open heart surgeries in his short lifetime.

Deiter played running back with Frank Gore throwing the blocks, according to CBS Sports.

Deiter made a touchdown and Chester Rodgers was there to help him celebrate.

All the players had fun with Micheal and loved having him there to help keep the energy up during the quietest time of the NFL season. Micheal is probably one of the strongest 10 year olds any of us know, and he got to be an Indianapolis Colt for a day.
