“Beverly Hills, 90210” star Tori Spelling hit back Friday at the rumors that her marriage to husband Dean McDermott is in trouble, saying they are doing just fine.

“My husband and I have it so balanced,” the 44-year-old actress told Us Weekly. “We really balance each other with getting it all done. We’re kind of that rock for each other. I always feel you’re not given more than you can handle.”

“The more you put on my plate, the more creative I am, the more things get done,” she added. “I could never be complacent having one child. I mean, God bless anyone that has one child. Children, whether you have six or one, it’s great. But one child, I would be like, ‘OK, but what’s next?’ It’s my thing.”

Police were called to the couple’s home in March because of a “disturbance.” At the time, sources told the outlet that the two were “fighting a lot.”

Reports by TMZ and The Blast said that audio dispatch calls for the location involved a “female” with “mental illness” issues and having a possible “nervous breakdown.”

“It takes everything in you to not scream from the rooftops, ‘It’s not true,'” Spelling explained. “But I’ve been in this business long enough to know that … it does eventually go away.”

She also said she is looking forward to spending time with her five children and family on Mother’s Day weekend.

“I think we’re probably gonna do a little staycation for the weekend,” the actress shared. “It’s just going to be our family. … Dean will be on full-time kid duty. He’s on baby duty. Literally, baby doody.”
