MSNBC guest and The Daily Beast columnist Dean Obeidallah supports kicking White House press secretary Sarah Sanders out of a restaurant, claiming that it is “going high” when President Trump goes low.

“Let’s be honest, these people are the faces, they have formulated the policy, they are defending the lies and bigotry. To us who oppose it, it’s immoral,” Obeidallah said.

“This is the First Amendment in action. This is speaking truth to power. This is not us going low. Going low is Donald Trump trying to ban Muslims and ban transgender Americans from our military, defending Rob Porter,” Obeidallah said, “a man who beat his two ex-wives. You know, the list goes on of Donald Trump demonizing, lying, attacking our press. That is going low. Going high is fighting for the values of this country, and that’s what Progressives are about.”

Obeidallah went on to say progressives are “the patriots in this fight.” (RELATED: Restaurant Owner Who Kicked Out Sarah Sanders: I’d Do It Again)

The owner of the Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, Virginia kicked Sanders out of the restaurant over the weekend due to staunch political disagreements, asking her to leave because she works for the Trump administration.
