The Los Angeles Lakers signed unrestricted free agent LeBron James Sunday night, but just hours later, they signed his former foe Lance Stephenson.

So what’s the big deal with all this?

James and Stephenson have had some interesting feuds on the court, to say the least, dating back to 2012. James’ Miami Heat met Stephenson’s Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals with high implications for the NBA Finals.

From times when Stephenson blew into James’ ear to when the two players traded words that should not be repeated, they have had their moments on the court. The players have never had personal issues with each other, ESPN reports. Their feuds have just formulated over the course of each game played, especially during the NBA Playoffs.

Now that the two players will be teammates on the Lakers, it will be interesting to see if they put their rivaled past behind them or if they continue to butt heads.
