It’s been nearly two years since the 2016 Presidential election concluded, and still, there are investigations and scrutiny today involving Russian meddling.
The Unites States and Russia have had a unique relationship over the past 80 years, from their “alliance” during World War II to the fall of the Berlin Wall. More recently, the relationship has taken a negative turn, with both countries being skeptical of one another’s political ideals.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is a very polarizing international figure. People either love him or they hate him. Same goes for President Donald Trump. There is simply no middle ground for either man’s popularity.
