The video released on the Fox College Football Twitter account will have you reaching for a box of tissues as you’re reminded what an incredible life the former Penn State star has lived. The four-time Super Bowl champion also appeared to have a stunning level of clarity and peace in the video.
“I’m not worried about dying. That will take care of itself. I’m living,” Millen said to close out the video.

There are few people who will ever live the life Millen has lived or that will leave the impact he’s left behind. He’s been a fixture in football for the better part of 40 years. That’s just mind-boggling to think about. Most NFL players never win a single Super Bowl. He’s got four rings.
He’s had one hell of a run, and nobody seems to recognize that better than he does.
